Two New Partners Join Zadig in 2026

After many years of working together, the big day finally arrived in 2026: Sergio Cima and Natalia Milazzo officially became partners in Zadig Società Benefit, an organisation whose mission, values and approach they have long shared.

A philosophy graduate, Sergio Cima has worked with Zadig for many years. He began as a member of the editorial team at Tempo Medico and later joined Scienza in rete. Over the years, he has worked extensively in data journalism, developing particular expertise in digital infrastructure and, more recently, a strong interest in and deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, which he was among the earliest to explore and adopt. A problem solver through and through, there is one problem he has yet to crack: his colleagues’ habit of calling him whenever they need help, confident that his magic touch will sort out just about anything.

Natalia Milazzo is a professional journalist who, after many years working elsewhere, found in Zadig the kind of professional environment she has valued since the very beginning of her career: one that is independent of outside interests. She is a member of the Scienza in rete editorial team and works on publishing and communication projects. According to some of her colleagues, once she gets behind a keyboard she enters a kind of trance, temporarily oblivious to the world around her – and to any questions they may be trying to ask.

Sergio and Natalia’s arrival as partners reflects Zadig’s continued commitment to investing in people and expertise, and to building its future around a shared vision. Their experience, skills and contributions will play an important part in strengthening the company as it continues to grow and evolve.
