Fatherhood and caregiving

Fathers who take care of their sons and daughters from the very first moments after birth, in a concrete and empathetic way: these are the cornerstones of the European 4E-PARENT project.

The four “Es” summarise the project’s objectives: Early, referring to involvement from the outset; Equal, indicating an equal and fair approach; Engaged, emphasising active participation; and Empathetic, highlighting the project’s caring, responsive and empathetic dimension.
