SIGHTSoHO Platform

SIGHTSoHo is a distance learning platform designed for the 27 Member States of the European Union and targeted at inspectors, assessors and surveillance professionals working in the fields of blood, cells, tissues and organs.

Developed under the EU4Health Programme through a contract with the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) on behalf of the European Commission, the training initiative is led by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) via the National Blood Centre (CNS) and the National Transplant Centre (CNT).

Zadig’s activities

- Selection of the most suitable platform type based on the project’s training requirements
- Implementation of the Moodle platform
- Customisation of the Moodle environment
- Design and deployment of the various training tools required by the project
- Production of video tutorials for platform use
- Integration of 14 online training courses into the platform
- Technical and operational support during live training activities (webinars, seminars, forums, chat sessions)
- Preparation of materials for asynchronous learning activities
- User management through an email helpdesk service with a response time within 24 hours
- Platform maintenance and updates
- Production of usage and performance reports
