EU-MiCare recognised as a “Good Practice Project”
The EU-MiCare project has received a highly positive evaluation and has been recognised as a Good Practice Project on the Erasmus platform. The project is dedicated to professionals and volunteers working to support the mental wellbeing of migrants and refugees.
In the final evaluation of EU-MiCare, the project – of which Zadig was a partner – was rated very highly and awarded the status of Good Practice Project on the Erasmus platform. The evaluators highlighted the project’s strong alignment with its objectives, its effective organisation and information sharing, and its compliance with the planned timelines.
Particular appreciation was expressed for the methodology and training package, which aimed to improve education and training for health and social care professionals working with migrants and refugees.
The consortium developed a modular training programme consisting of five curricula in five languages, delivered through a user-friendly e-learning platform developed by Zadig. The content is based on needs assessments and co-creation processes carried out in all partner countries.
The evaluators noted that the cooperative and evidence-based development process follows best practices and contributes to the practical relevance, quality and sustainability of the materials. Overall, the results were found to make a substantial contribution to the project’s applicability and effectiveness.
